For the longest time when I was pregnant I refused to find out the gender of our baby. I really wanted to be surprised so I only looked for gender neutral nursery inspo. Unfortunately, my husband had other plans – but we still went nearly 25 weeks before finding out. During that time I was BIG on my pinterest looking for super cute gender neutral nursery ideas. I knew I wanted something gender neutral since we didn’t know the sex.
Honestly it was pretty hard finding cute gender neutral nursery room options; they were either way too boring and bland or definitely not neutral. Once we found out we were having a girl we made a few adjustments (I’ll post an update with our baby girl nursery soon!) but I figured I’d round up my favorite modern boho nursery items in case anyone else is struggling to find gender neutral nursery inspo. Love this room because you can just add a few non-gender neutral pops (like wallpaper, throw pillows, and toys) once you find out the sex of your baby.
HERE ARE A FEW OTHER CUTE OPTIONS FOR MODERN GENDER NEUTRAL NURSERY DECOR:
- CRIBS – If you’re anything like me, one of the biggest struggles for you is the crib. It’s the center of the room, you want it to be practical but stylish, and if you’re smart you’re looking for a convertible crib that lasts you years… no pressure. Here are a few great neutral options that have tons of great reviews, and most of all, are AFFORDABLE!

- NURSERY DECOR – There are so many cute things to buy for a baby’s room; from throw pillows, to custom furniture, to stuffed animals, and even laundry baskets (seriously, they make animal shaped ones!).
